2Reports STS: business reports, organised and exportable

The problem

Dolibarr holds all the business data, but getting a specific report (sales by month, VAT, margin per customer) usually means hunting through different menus, or exporting and assembling it by hand in a spreadsheet. The most-used reports are never at hand, and comparing periods is tedious.

The solution

2Reports STS brings reports together in a single module, organised by business area. Each user arranges the ones they use most, reads them in visual views, and exports them in whatever format they need.

What it does

• Catalogue by category: finance, products, sales, third parties, projects, calendar and HR, in card or list view, with search. It includes reports such as customer and supplier invoices, sales and purchase summaries, VAT on sales and purchases, margin and income per customer, cash balance, sales per rep, and pending direct debits.
• Favourites and folders: mark reports as favourites and group them into your own folders, creating personalised shortcuts.
• Visual reading: for example, the sales summary shows a month-by-year heatmap, coloured by amount with negative values highlighted, alongside the detail table.
• Filters that can be applied and reset on each report.
• Export and print: download as CSV, Excel and PDF.
