2Checks STS: fully traceable audits in Dolibarr
A Dolibarr module for managing audits and the tasks within them: split by department, carried out with checklists, backed by evidence, and logged from start to finish.

The problem
An internal audit, whether of IT systems, HR or finance, usually lives in spreadsheets and emails: who reviews what, what is done, and what evidence backs it up. In the end it is hard to prove what was checked, when, and by whom.
The solution
2Checks STS brings audits into Dolibarr and structures each one into departments and checks, so progress and evidence sit in the same place as the rest of the company’s management.
What it does
- Audits by department: each audit is split into departments with an assigned owner or group, start and end dates, a status and a progress bar.
- Checklists: each department has its own checks. Completing one records the date and time, and each check can have its own date range.
- Evidence: notes, file attachments and links on every check.
- Reusable templates: checks are loaded from templates, such as HR process, IT systems or basic financial audits, so no audit starts from scratch.
- Activity log: every action (check completed, file attached, link added, department created) is recorded with user and date.
- PDF report: downloadable report for an audit or a single department.
